Back in their dark home, Gary smashes mirrors and weeps. The flowers get crushed under their feet. As he rushes at David, Gary forces Monty back. Monty sees this from his car and is outraged. Gary wants to meet his granddaughter, little Maria, but David tells Gary to go away and pushes him. When they return home, Gary has come to meet David, holding flowers. In a flashback at the hospital where his daughter is having treatment, David remembers his bleak, dark life before he met Jenny. His wife Jenny (Jacqueline) discovers and is upset as he's won but hurt himself too.ĭavid's school principal Desai (Kulbhushan) hears of his fighting and reluctantly fires him.
